Whether it's a simple weekend getaway with friends and family or a weekend of serious Hunter Valley 'wining and dining' followed by an evening of live music at one of the major entertainment venues, Molly Morgan Homestead is the ideal choice.

Our self catering, 4 bedroom homestead, featuring 3 queen bedrooms including the master bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom and a pullout couch, is on 60 stunning acres. The house is situated in the middle of the vineyard which supplies the fruit for our award winning wines, and features a large open kitchen with the living and dining areas sharing glorious views over the vineyard and Brokenback Ranges.

Our Homestead is part of the 'Greening Lovedale' program, and features 100% renewable energy for power, rainwater tanks and grey water systems.

At any time of the year you can watch a working vineyard in action – from the frosty winter mornings pruning to the tension filled time during harvest. Rest assured, there are plenty of quiet moments tucked away in the year, so it’s always the perfect time to visit Molly Morgan Vineyard. Just close the gate and relax!

Facelift for Molly!

The Homestead has been given a makeover with the interior being given a new and fresh look. Bedroom linen and doonas being renewed together with throw rugs and lounges. Both the interior and exterior of the Homestead have also been given a fresh coat of paints. Together with the recent kitchen upgrade the Homestead now offers a new level of accommodation.

Rates / Tariffs

• All rates are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST
• Weekend rate Friday to Sunday $1,295. LAST MINUTE: $1096.00
• Event weekend rate $1,395
• Weekday rate (Monday to Thursday) $395 per night (minimum 2 nights)
• Weekday rate Monday to Thursday, 4 nights $995.
• Longer term or full-week bookings can be arranged to a discounted price.

Terms & Conditions

• 25% deposit required upon booking (by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Bank Deposit) with full payment to be settled two weeks before arrival.
• Cancellations must be made a minimum of 21 days prior to scheduled arrival.  Any less and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Non-arrivals will be charged the full accommodation fee.
• Maximum 8 people; extra person $55/night.
• Molly Morgan Homestead is a non-smoking environment.  Smokers are asked to go outside on the paved area and be aware of fire risk from embers. Dispose of cigaretts is also required. 
• There is no littering accepted at Molly Morgan Vineyard or Homestead, any addtional cleaning required will be charged at $50 per hour.
• All linen and towels are provided.
• Highchair & cot available. Cot linen can be provided if necessary.
• Pets on application, please note any additional cleaning required will be charged at $50 per hour.
• Please note that there is no television or dvd player available. 
• Laundry services can be arranged for longer term stays.
• The Credit Card provided at the time of booking will be held on file until the departure date. Cleaning and linen are included in the total cost of accommodation, however any additional cleaning required will be charged at $50 per hour. Damages will be charged as required, along with any consumables (i.e. wine) used during your stay which have not previously been paid for.
