Molly Morgan 2009 Semillon
Bright pale straw; the bouquet is spotlessly clean, the palate tightly focused and long; attractive citrus flavours, then a bright and crisp finish. At the start of a long and prosperous journey. Screwcap. 11% alc.

Molly Morgan 2009 Rosé
'Vibrant crimson/deep pink wine with lovely freshness and vibrancy.
Nice candied cherry aromas and strawberry & cream palate balanced by the acid.'

'I've just tasted my way through a big batch of Roses... here are some of the wines I enjoyed the most.... The Molly Morgan Vineyard is now managed by husband and wife team Simon and Neala Miles and Shiraz grapes from their oldest vineyards went into this multi-faceted tipple. It has a perfumed potpourri nose and brings crisp yellow plum flavour to the front palate. There are nuances of blood orange and musk on the middle palate and slatey acid shows at the finish.'

'I can understand why the Rosé sold out, it was terrific. Crunchy, great fruit, finesse, tight, refreshing...'

Molly Morgan 2008 Chardonnay
Lightly oaked, fresh, fruit driven style, blessedly void of the aggressive, green acidities of some other Chardonnays from the 2008 Hunter Valley vintage. Quite a restrained style, with pineapple, citrus and lemon curd on the nose. Light tropical, citrus and herb flavours with a delicate spiciness on the follow through. Acidity is firm and fresh to close. Try with some Vietnamese food- not too spicy- could be a really nice match.
-Grant Dodd, 'The Wining Pro'
This is a nicely attractive chardonnay that quaffs like a charm. It’s peachy, nutty, ever-so-slightly funky and rich as it moves across your tongue. There’s an attractive waxiness to the aftertaste that I take as the first sign of maturity, which says to me that it’s ready to rip now. - Campbell Mattinson 'The Wine Front'.
'All of the wines had such a lightness of palate, the Chardonnay in particular was a standout for me. (Without saying Chablis-esque, it was really Chablis like, which I rarely ever see in Aussie wine.)' - Ben Knight, BenandWine, April 2010
