Handpicked fruit was carefully fermented at cool temperature to maximise the delicate fruit aromas and flavours. This wines was gently pressed off skins to enhance the wines body and structure. After maturation using a blend of French oak the resultant wine shows lovely lifted berry characters complementing a well-structured palate. This wine will develop into a worthwhile reward for those with patience.
