The grapes have been handpicked and sorted at optimum ripeness, then gently pressed to yield crystal clear juice. The resultant juice was fermented in old French oak and left five months on lees. The wine produced in quite elegant, with nuances of melon and apricot with a well-integrated fine acid finish.
